If you're a participant of the The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Women’s Infants and Children Program, and lost your food benefits due to the widespread power outages in the state, you may be eligible for a replacement.
Affected participants are asked to contact their local WIC offices for detailed information about replacement benefits.
