A Raleigh County man is behind bars accused of child neglect resulting in death after police say he ran over a 13-month-old toddler he was baby-sitting.
Deputies say Charles Wickline was watching the toddler at his house on Bacontown Road in Jonben when he ran over the child with a vehicle around 4pm Thursday.
The toddler was taken to Raleigh General Hospital, where he later died.
Wickline is currently in the Southern Regional Jail without bond.
