With a story best known from the Reese Witherspoon movies, "Legally Blonde: The Musical" focuses on a Malibu girl who graduates from UCLA and then follows her heart to Harvard Law School.
Packing up her fashion sense and her little dog bruiser she heads east in search of happiness...and in the process finds herself.
This is the 19th season for Huntington Outdoor Theater...and it has been one of the most challenging. The big storm knocked out power at the Ritter Park Amphitheater, drastically cutting into rehearsal time. There have also been temperatures topping the 100-degree mark and torrential downpours.
But through it all the cast has kept working to bring Elle and her story to life.
