A Kentucky teenager died after a hit and run accident and troopers arrest the man they say is responsible.
Troopers say Alex Mullins, 18, of Melvin was driving a miniature sports motorcycle on Kentucky 122 - in the Melvin community of Floyd County - when he was hit by a vehicle Thursday.
Troopers say Chester D. Hunter, 26, of Melvin was allegedly driving drunk when he hit Mullins, and then took off. Hunter is charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and other traffic charges.
The accident remains under investigation.
Mullins was taken to a Tennessee hospital where he was pronounced dead.
