The city of Charleston is moving forward with holiday festivities despite the storm cleanup.
The city's fourth of July fireworks celebration will go on as planned Tuesday evening.
The Independence Day celebration will begin at 8pm with a free concert by the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra at Haddad Riverfront Park.
The mayor says the city has planned a 15 to 20 minute fireworks display.
The mayor warns things could change given the circumstances, but right now the celebration is a go.
