Three people are in jail after police discover thousands of dollars worth of heroin at a Huntington residence.
Huntington police say Phillip Jamelle Osburn, 24, of Huntington, Stevonna Shay Smith, 32, of Detroit, Michigan, and Kathleen Marie Young, 47, of Huntington were arrested at a home in the 1500 block of Hal Greer Blvd. late Thursday night.
That's where members of the Huntington Violent Crimes/Drug Task Force and the Huntington police S.W.A.T. Team executed a search warrant, finding about $8,000 dollars worth of Heroin and about $1,200 dollars in cash.
Smith is charged with with possession of a controlled substance, and Young with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Osburn is charged with four counts of Armed Robbery.
