Police Warn Of Possible Mountain Lion Sightings In Ashland

It's something you don't hear often in our region. Ashland Police are on the hunt for a loose mountain lion!
Officers say there have been two alleged sighting in the past 48 hours of what appears to be a mountain lion or cougar type animal.
The sightings have been in the areas of Eloise Street on the west side of Ashland and Forest Avenue on the south side of Ashland.
Police say if you see the animal, call 911 immediately. They also say do not try to approach the animal because it could be dangerous.
