A woman was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after being hit by a car.
Emergency officials say a woman was hit along Dicks Creek Road in Boone County around 3:30 a.m.
She was flown to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The road was shut down for nearly two hours before crews could clear the scene.
