A national group wants West Virginia to nix it's law, allowing people to protect themselves at all costs.
The Castle Doctrine protects your right to protect your home with reasonable, and sometimes deadly force.
Members of the Second Chance Campaign want that law overturned. They say these laws create racial bias and difficulty in prosecution.
