A Sissonville man who was arrested for allegedly molesting a nine-year-old is in troubl e again.
Justin Hamrick is charged with first degree sexual assault after admitting to molesting the girl.
Friday, Hamrick was in court for allegedly violating his probation. Prosecutors say he failed his drug tests and asked the judge for a larger bond to be set. Bond has now been set to $10,000 full surety.
Hamrick's trial for the sexual assault has been scheduled for September.
