A West Virginia coal miner is a big winner in the mega millions lottery.
James Prokop of Danville claimed a $250,000 dollar prize for matching five numbers in the June 19th drawing.
The veteran coal miner says he plans to pay off all his debt and put the rest of the money in the bank for retirement.
