Huntington police charge a man with sexually abusing a young girl.
Christopher Misner, 34, of Huntington is accused of inappropriately touching a 4-year-old family member earlier this month.
Misner is charged with sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian, and remains in jail on a $100,000 dollar bond.
