We now know the names of the people involved in a deadly accident in Kanawha County Monday night. Deputies say Larry Wayne Conley, 27, of Sissonville was operating a "mini-bike" with Brittany Rendone, 20, as his passenger. Witnesses tell deputies that Conley was driving fast and on the wrong side of the road. The "mini-bike" then hit a Ford F-250 pickup driven by Charles F. Summers Jr., 50, of Sissonville, head on. Conley was thrown from the bike and pronounced dead at the scene. Rendone was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Neither Conley or Rendone were wearing helmets. Two juveniles riding in Summers truck were not hurt. The accident remains under investigation at this time, but preliminary findings do not show that Summers could have avoided the accident. One person died after an accident in the Sissonville area Monday evening. Dispatchers say it happened around 8pm along Derrick's Creek Road. We're told a Ford F-150 pickup truck hit a small motorcycle and two people were thrown from the bike. One person died at the scene and another person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The roadway remained closed until around 2am Tuesday. MORE NEWS FROM EYEWITNESS NEWS
