An apologetic Arron Walker tried to convince a judge to send him to a drug rehab program instead of prison. He was arrested quickly after the Kanawha County home invasion last year and plead guilty to burglary. 76-year-old James Walker, the victim, once considered Arron like a grandson. He said he was tied up, threatened and robbed. He wanted to see Arron got to prison. The judge sent him for one-to-15 years.
