A man is arrested at the scene of a drive-by shooting on Charleston's west side but police are still looking for whomever pulled the trigger.
Cortez Lacy, 27, was charged with possession with the intent to deliver but his arrest is not related to the shooting itself. Lacy was living at the targeted home.
Around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, 11 shots were fired into his home on Vine Street.
Police are looking for suspects who may be driving a gold or tan Chevy Caprice with a pink butterfly in the window.
