John McGlone stole a Silverado truck in Ohio and took off.
Police started chasing McGlone in Lawrence County and continued into Kenova where police say McGlone got onto Interstate 64 and took off.
Police say they used stop strips near the 29th Street Exit to get the truck to stop, but they say McGlone jumped out of the truck and started running. He was arrested a short time later.
Dispatchers say there was at least one accident during the chase.
McGlone is charged with four counts of attempted murder on a police officer for his alleged actions during the chase and a long list of other charges.
