Just when fire officials thought the arson problem in Huntington was "cooling down," State fire marshal's are reporting another arson in the River City.
Investigators say Tuesday night someone set fire to the rear of a vacant house on the corner of 18th Street and 12th Ave.
Carlos Fields, lives in the neighborhood and is fed up with the arson problem.
"We've got kids living here," Fields said. "It's very frustrating, people are not getting enough sleep."
