Kanawha County deputies arrest a Clendenin man on sex charges after a young girl comes forward.
Billy Junior Townsend II is charged with first and second degree sexual assault, along with sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person in position of a trust to a child, and incest.
Deputies say Townsend sexually assaulted the girl between 2005 and 2011.
Townsend allegedly threatened to kill the victim, her mother, and himself if she told anyone of his actions.
Townsend is in the South Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 cash only bond.
