Four people are in jail after troopers catch them making meth.
Kentucky State Police arrested Jarred Fryer, 25, and Randall Caroll, 32, both of Carter County.
Troopers responded to a tip in the Norton Branch Community Tuesday where they found the men and the drug in an outhouse.
Meanwhile, troopers also arrested Keith Davis, 53, and Tarasa Robinette, 38, both of Grayson. They found them making the meth inside a camper on Sycamore Lane, in the Star community. All four are charged with making meth.
