Willie Copley and Dylan Jarrells didn't answer any of our questions as they entered Wayne County magistrate court.
The two sat for about 30 minutes while their lawyers talked with prosecutors.
The two waived their preliminary hearing and the case will now go to a grand jury.

We're learning more about a possible motive for a deadly home invasion that happened in Wayne County late last week.
Police found about a prescription for Roxicodone pills that the victim, James Spurlock had gotten filled Thursday, the same day he was gunned down. Officers say those pills have a street value of approximately $5,000 dollars.
Dylan Alexander Jarrells, 18, and Willie Jay Copley, 26 are both charged with first degree murder and armed robbery. Their preliminary hearing is set for later this week.

Wayne County deputies have made an arrest in the murder of a father that happened Thursday night.
18-year-old Dylan Alexander Jarrells and 26-year-old Willie Jay Copley have each been charged with first degree murder and armed robbery.
Police believe the two broke into the home of 46-year-old James Spurlock and shot and kill him.
It happened Thursday night in the Radnor neighborhood, near Dunlow.
Police say the men drove up on atv's and went into Spurlock's home.
Spurlock's son was playing with friends across the street when the crime happened.
