Crews are on the scene of a chemical leak in Russell, Kentucky.
Greenup County dispatchers said the leak was reported just after 6 p. m. Thursday at the CSX Railroad Yard in Russell.
They said the chemical Toluene leaked from one of the rail cars.
No one was injured.
