Funeral arrangements have been set for a woman who was found brutally murdered, after being missing for two years.
A public memorial service will take place this Saturday, June 2 at Calvary Baptist Church on Charleston's West side of Kathy Goble. The Church is located at 510 Maryland Street.
Goble disappeared two years ago after leaving work at Kelley's Mens Shop in Charleston, then last month police say her body was found buried in the yard of a co-worker. Charles March has been charged in her murder.
A visitation for Goble will start at 10am followed by a memorial at 11.
The family is asking that instead of flowers, people donate to a trust fund that has been set up in Kathy Goble's name. A family spokesperson says the money will not go toward funeral expenses, all of the money will benefit local women and children who have been victims of domestic violence. The family says Kathy loved children and that is what she would have wanted.
If you would like to donate to the Kathy Goble Trust, you can make a donation at the church or send a check to P.O. Box 6135, Charleston, WV 25362.
