A man is shot in the face, after pulling his car off to the side of the road in Athens County, Ohio.
Sheriff Patrick Kelly says it happened just after midnight along Coe Road and State Route 681, in the Albany area.
Bryan K. Withrow, 33, told dispatchers his car had been overheating so he pulled over.
That's when someone fired shots at his car. One bullet hit him in the face. Withrow was flown to a Columbus hospital.
