A woman is behind bars after police say she poured gasoline on her boyfriend and then set him on fire.
It happened Saturday morning on 10th Street in Dunbar outside of the CVS Pharmacy.
Police say Cynthia Swoboda poured gasoline on her boyfriend, Shane Stone, then set him on fire.
According to the criminal complaint, when police arrived to CVS parking lot, Stone was wincing and appeared to be in pain. Officers say there was a large area on his back that was red and appeared to be blistering.
Swoboda is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond.
