Charleston firefighters say a house that caught fire for the second time in just a matter of hours was intentionally burned.
Just after midnight firefighters were called out the scene they were at just hours earlier.
That fire first broke out at 1565 Pansy Drive around five yesterday evening. Just after the fire started up again after midnight neighbors say they saw a black car speeding away from the scene.
