A Lincoln County woman is suing several past and present county officials because she says she lost the 2010 race for Lincoln County Commission due to ballot stuffing.
Maria "Phoebe" Harless says the defendants deprived her of due process and equal protection rights.
The lawsuit was filed last week and Harless seeks $57,000 in damages.
