A Cabell County couple is in jail after deputies say their two children were found living in "horrid conditions."
Deputies arrested James Everette Grimmett III, 23, and Alma Jean Grimmett, 26, both of Milton Friday afternoon.
Court documents say deputies responded to their home on Glenwood Road in Milton. That's where they found dog feces and urine, along with dirty clothes and dishes throughout the home.
Two young children, ages five and seven have been removed from the home.
Both James Grimmett III and Alma Grimmett face child neglect charges and remain in jail. We'll have more on this developing story tonight on Eyewitness News.
