Three men in Boyd County, Kentucky are charged with making meth.
Troopers say they responded to a tip at a home on 29th Street, near Poage Elementary School in Ashland.
That's where they found an active meth lab. Paul Phelps, 35, Stephen Robertson, 29, and Jeremy Howell, 36, all of Ashland are charged with manufacturing meth and child endangerment.
Two children ages two and eight have been removed from that home.
