A man from Proctorville was arrested Friday on drug charges in Huntington.
Police say Franklin Brumfield was arrested near Third Avenue and Sixth St. When police found him, he was reportedly passed out near the entrance to the Sixth street bridge, and appeared to be intoxicated. Police found five bags of marijuana that appeared to be packaged to sell in Brumfield's shirt. He's charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and public intoxication.
