On Tuesday construction begins on a project to resurface bridges and exit ramps on Interstate 64 and 77.
Crews will be making repairs and resurfacing the Fort Hill Bridge and all of the entrances and exits, to Oakwood Road and Virginia Street.
Construction will start at the bridge and stretch back to Interstate 77.
The work is expected to be completed in August of 2013, with most of the work being done in the night time hours, between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
