Police in Flatwoods, Kentucky continue their investigation into what they believe is an accidental shooting.
It happened Thursday afternoon near the Oakmont Manor, a nursing home in Flatwoods.
That's when one person was shot and received non-life threatening injuries.
Chief Tom Haynes with the Flatwoods Police tells us that while charges have been filed or arrests made, his department is working with the Prosecutor's Office in the investigation.
We're told that investigators did confiscate multiple guns and ammunition related to the case. Stay tuned to Eyewitness News for more on this developing story.

An employee of Oakmont Manor was shot in the arm while spreading mulch outside the nursing home.
Dispatchers say it happened around 4pm in the Flatwoods, Kentucky area around 4 p.m. Thursday.
The victim received non-life threatening injuries.
Flatwoods Police said the shots came from a wooded area, and is unclear if the shooting is accidental.
