Firefighters in Putnam County hit the books this weekend, training to tackle fires in the field.
The Putnam County Fire School kicked off Saturday morning.
Firefighters were treated to breakfast before hitting the books at 9am.
The training also featured a live burn at a training facility Institute where they could put their skills to the test.
