A Huntington man is in jail after hitting a child with his car on Artisan Avenue, then fleeing the scene.
Police say Marcell Woods was driving on a revoked license and had a failure to appear in court warrant.
Woods is in the Western Regional Jail on a $17,500 bond.
The child was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
