A man on parole is busted with nearly eight pounds of marijuana by the Metro Drug Unit.
Terrance Brown was convicted of killing three people in Kanawha County in the 1990's.
Brown murdered Jermaine and Tyrone Judd, of New York, in downtown Charleston in 1993.
Brown was also convicted of voluntary manslaughter for killing Wilbert Gutierrez in a 1992 robbery attempt in Saint Albans.
