A man wanted for murder in New York has been captured in West Virginia.
According to a release U.S. Marshals, they found Matthew Davis at a home on Rt. 73 just north of Corbin Branch Road on Tuesday evening. He was arrested without incident.
Davis is the suspect in a murder that happened in Niagara Falls. He was wanted on a warrant for second degree murder and first degree robbery.
Davis appeared in front of a Taylor County Magistrate and awaits extradition back to New York State.
