As April 25, marks the first day of early voting for West Virginia's primary election, It also marks what officials are calling a new era in Lincoln Counties election process.
Lincoln County has been under the microscope from the Secretary Of State's office, from a voter fraud case during the last election.
County officials said this time, things are different. Security at the polls has been beefed up with camera's and law enforcement presence.
