A Charleston man on home confinement for drugs is in trouble again.
Two Kanawha County home confinement officers went to check on Brian Collins last night after receiving a number of complaints about a lot of traffic in and out of his house.
They searched the house and found more than 15 grams of powdered cocaine, marijuana, and more than $1300 dollars in cash.
Collins was on home confinement for a narcotics violation. New charges are pending.
