35-year old William Daniel Boggess of Cross Lanes allegedly had oral sex with an underage and took pornographic pictures of her.
The girl's mother called police when she discovered nude photographs of her the child on a camera memory stick. She says Boggess had taken pictures of the girl at a family outing on Easter Sunday. Boggess then gave her the memory card so she could download them to a computer.
The mother says when she opened the file, she saw the nude photographs. She saved them to protect the evidence and called police.
In addition to the pictures, the criminal complaint says Boggess has admitted to performing oral sex on the girl and taking the pornographic pictures.
Boggess is facing 26 counts of incest, sexual assault, sexual abuse and child pornography. If convicted on all charges, Boggess is facing a maximum sentence of more than a hundred years. Boggess is behind bars at the South Central Regional Jail. Kanawha County Magistrate Pete Lopez set his bond at $250,000.
Boggess has a preliminary hearing set for April 20th.
