A young woman from Ohio has lost her battle with cancer. Toni Black, 23, was diagnosed last March with lung cancer. It spread quickly and Black passed away Monday morning.
Hearts are heavy in Black's hometown, Chesapeake, Ohio. Monday night, friends and family held a candlelight vigil to honor the brave young woman. The vigil took place at Chesapeake High School's parking lot. The mood was somber.
Just last week thousands of supporters lined up at exits off Interstate 64 from Charleston to Chesapeake, Ohio as she returned home from a trip with her family.
