A nursing home worker in Ohio is now in jail after deputies say she allegedly had sexual contact with a resident of the home in March.
30-year-old Bobby Shanks of Portsmouth is charged with sexual battery.
Deputies say the alleged incident happened in the parking lot of Edgewood Manor in Lucasville.
