A Glasgow Police officer faces a felony drug charge after allegedly buying prescription drugs during a drug sting.
Fayette County Sheriff deputies arrested 43 year-old Scott Wills Wednesday night.
Investigators said they observed Wills buying 30 Oxycodone pills from a confidential informant at the informant's home in the Smithers area during the sting operation. Detectives said Wills bought the pills for $30 and told the informant he would pay the rest of the money he owed after selling the pills.
Wills is charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He previously worked as a police officer in Smithers.
