An arrest has been made in a stabbing that happened Sunday Night in Charleston.
Charleston police have arrested 50-year-old Tony Holcomb of Charleston. They say he stabbed 55-year-old Gary Kirk in the neck and upper body several times at the Westmoreland Apartments on Bigley Avenue. Kirk was rushed to the hospital and had to undergo emergency surgery.
Police say the stabbing was over a woman and that they arrested Holcomb after he allegedly went back to the apartment after the stabbing to steal from Kirk. Holcomb is facing burglary and malicious wounding charges.

Charleston police are looking for a man involved in a stabbing.
Police say 55 year old Gary Kirk of Charleston was stabbed in the neck and upper body several times at the Westmoreland Apartments on Bigley Avenue.
The stabbing happened around 8 o'clock Sunday night.
Police say warrants have been issues for 50 year old Tony Holcomb of Charleston.
