A South Charleston man says his home is being infested by rats that are coming from a neighboring house.
Jeffrey Meadows lives on Fifth Street. He says nobody has lived in the house next to his for a few years and it is becoming infested with rats. Those rats are coming over to his house to look for food.
Meadows says he has tried getting in touch with the city to have them take care of the issue, but so far, he says nothing has been done. He says he just wants to live in a home that is rat free.
