According to the Charleston Gazette, the little boy who was hit by a car in Putnam County has died.
The accident happened around 4:30pm Wednesday on Route 34 North. That's on Red House Hill.
The name of the boy has not been released.
The driver of the car stayed on the scene.
No word if any charges will be filed.

We're told the little boy was unconscious when he was taken to the hospital.
His name has not been released, but we're told he is around seven years old.
We're told the driver of the car did stay on the scene.
No word on what caused the accident, or if any charges will be filed.
