A Sciotoville, Ohio man is in jail after deputies find him riding a stolen dirt bike.
Scioto County Sheriff Marti V. Donini says it happened on Sunday when deputies saw 43-year old Melvin McGuire riding a dirt bike in the Porter Township Community.
When deputies ran the VIN numbers, they found that it had been reported stolen out of Kentucky. McGuire is charged with receiving stolen property which is a felony.
