A drunk driving bust by troopers led to drug charges against two people.
State Police charged Paul Hysell of Charleston with DUI after pulling him over on US 60 early Friday. He blew a point .193 -- that's more than double the legal blood alcohol limit.
Cops allegedly found $2,000 dollars in cash in the car and 11 bags of Marijuana in the purse of Valenie Morrison, a Charleston resident and owner of the car. Both were charged with felony drug possession.
