Huntington officially has a new fire chief. Longtime Huntington firefighter Randy Ellis was sworn in Wednesday morning in city council chambers.
Ellis has been a member of the department for 18 years, and was promoted to captain most recently.
Ellis says he hopes to help the department move forward in challenging times.
