Police need your help in the search for a suspect who fled from police.
Trooper say they were trying to serve a warrant earlier this morning to a Joseph T. Elmore in Charleston when he took off on foot.
Elmore was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue shorts, and without shoes. He is described as a white male being approximately 5’7” and 160 lbs. Elmore has outstanding warrants for grand larceny in Kanawha County.
