A man who police say intentionally ran over his girlfriend and another woman with his SUV is now under arrest and he actually made it pretty easy for police to nab him.
Boone County Sheriff's deputies say 19-year-old Michael Green was arrested Sunday after going to the hospital to try and visit his injured girlfriend. Police say he drove off of Route 85 in Uneeda last night into a yard and intentionally plowed down 20-year-old Kayla Hughes and 37-year-old Amelia Spears.
The two women were trapped under the car and had to be flown to the hospital when they were finally freed.
Green is charged with two felony counts of malicious wounding.
