ASHLEE LIEBERT Man Accused Of Having Sex With 12-Year-Old In Court

A Michigan man accused of having sex with a young girl he met online was in court Wednesday.
Ashlee Liebert didn't take the stand, but his lawyer asked to get his bond reduced. He also argued that more evidence should have been taken from the scene where Liebert and the 12-year-old girl were found.
Police say the 33-year-old from Michigan drove to Putnam County with vodka, lollipops and Reese's cups for the girl; who he met online. They also say he wanted to take the child to take her back to Michigan with him.
The judge denied the reduction, and Liebert remains in jail on a $250,000
bond.
